Switching to ThunderBolt

So I upgraded to the RAZR MAXX and, like a genius, accidentally went into a hot tub with it and the rest is history. SO, I have to go back to using my ThunderBolt, but I can't activate it. I tried the Activate/switch page, but when I get to the choose form device history the ThunderBolt doesn't show up. I'm sure how to get this activated and read.

If the SIM card from the RAZR is still good, you could get an adapter for the Thunderbolt and use it in the Tbolt activated.

I am so sorry to hear that the hot tub attacked your device(smile). You pay for a service, so its important to have working phone. Let's get this resolved. Do you still have the Sim in your Thunderbolt? A Sim card is required to activate the device back on the network. If not, you can get one from a Verizon Wireless store http://bit.ly/3SdsA if available, or we can order you one. Keep me posted.
