Hello and welcome to the forum! I know for a fact that it certainly "can". However, to be on the safe side I would contact Verizon and specifically request that the "overage" be absorbed by the upgrade change in plan which did occur before the close of the billing cycle. I'm almost positive this will be no problem as I've done this myself with voice calls that have gone over. But I've always made sure to call and confirm that they ARE going to apply it that way to be on the safe side
Did I talk to you today??? lol This sounds super familiar lol
I'm pretty sure I spoke with you today....... weird.

CCnumber07 wrote:Hi. I just checked my bill and the billing cycle ends on the 25th of this month. I had 500 text message for $10 but I currently have 536 text messages meaning I am over my limit. I just upgraded to the $15 1500 text message plan. Will this cover my overages this month since I caught it and upgraded before the bill cut off date?
Danielle Rocks! LOL yes she does. Yes I was the caller you got today around 12 pm. You were super helpful and took it off then reapplyed it to my account to cover the messages that were still shown as overages. I hope I get you again.
