What can i do besides going into the store to fix this issue?
You might try fully charging it with the wall charger, then try the soft reset again.
Tried that last nignt. It was on charger from midnight until about nine this morning. It went off yesterday about 4
You might try the soft reset a few more times; I've read where folks have tried multiple times and finally got their phone to boot up. Other than that, I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. :smileysad:
Are you sure that your charger and cable are working? If after trying a soft reset a few more times (power+volume down) the phone does not power up, you might want to try another charger and cable just to make sure.
