Ok. I was mugged on Monday and my iphone (along with my laptop) was stolen. Someone lent me a Galaxy Nexus and I just got my new SIM card put in. Of course I was trying to set up security measures in case it happens again and I ended up locking myself out. It asks for a PUK code. I logged into my verizon account and clicked the unlock PUK option and it says the pin and PUK code are unknown. I don't have another phone to call Verizon from. Is there a reason it is unknown? What do I do other than go into the store?
