I have recently been having unopened text messages counted and added to usage details resulting in overage charges on my Verizon Wireless bill. Upon contacting customer service I was offered an upgrade from $5.00 for 250 messages to $10.00 for 1000 messages which is the regular price not a discount. There was no concern as to what will be done to assure that this will not happen again. How often is this happening to accounts where it goes unnoticed? Check on and verify your usage details.
