Picture Messaging

Hello-

I am having a hard time sending picture messages. I have tried to restart my phone, I have deleted all of my other text messages (which I really don't think needs to be done to fix this- but read on google to try it.) I have gone into WiFi and tried it out of WiFi. Sometimes they will send and sometimes they won't. Its very frustrating! I love my S3 but it's all these little things that are getting to me. I didn't pay a couple hundre dollars to not be able to send messages. Also, sometimes when I receieve a picture message, my phone won't tell me I have a new message until I am in the messaging part and I see it sitting there. Any fixes?

I was told and for the most part from what I can tell through experience, you can't send MMS Picture messages) when WiFi is on. Also, if you have WiFi on and start to try to send MMS and then turn WiFi off, I have found that I have to resend the MMS after WiFi is off.  This make sense? Hth.  This was told to me by Verizon btw.
