I never had this type of service outage with Alltel. Nobody can "HEAR ME NOW." With Alltel I could talk to a human being 24-7, but Verizon does not have round the clock coverage. I pay a lot of money for cell phones each month. If Verizon does not get up to speed real soon I will switch to CellCom or AT&T when my Alltel contract is up. In my opinion, Verizon is pathetic. Too bad Alltel got gobbled up by Verizon.
