How do I get to the backup contacts in the backup assistant on the verizon website .
First you need a Verizon WEB account, then logon to your account and go to:
My Verizon > Backup My Contacts
follow the menus and options.

When you are logged into the community........Top Tool bar....Hover on My Verizon........On the drop down menu under My Device click on Back Up My contacts.........should take you right there. Hope this helps.
