pic messaging i have the lg vx 8360

i just got switched from my old company that verizon bought out. my phone got activated today and i cant seem to get pic messaging to work either way. i tried to send one and it didnt work i sent one from online to my phone got the message i sent with the pic but no pic! how do i fix this?

Your picture messaging has most likely not been enabled. Try calling Verizon and have them review your account to see if it needs to be enbabled.

thats just the thing, my wife's phone does the same thing but she doesnt want to do anything bout it and she is the only one on the account. lol its just my luck too! well thank you for responding to my post didnt know if it was something else or if that was what it was. again thank you.
