Well I too am trying and it will not allow me. I keep getting billed for it.........this sucks!
It looks like texting STOP to 69635 worked for me.
This app is a piece of trash. I am also calling Verizon to see if I can get a refund on past payments.
I sent a text to 69635 and typed in Stop and it in return sent me a message saying my subscription was cancelled! I have not got my next bill to know if Im still being charged yet. Hope this helps!
