Every time I make or receive a call my phone turns the speaker phone on. I cannot figure out how to make this stop. If anyone knows how to make this stop please help.
I don't know where it is (somewhere in the phone settings), but done phones have a flip to activate speaker phone setting. Maybe check either menu> settings> call or menu> settings> sound.
