Sounds icon disappeared

Hi Folks,

I often use my Sounds icon to turn phone to silent in a library or turn to ring at home, etc.

The icon has disappeared from the screen!

Any ideas what happened? How I can get it back?

I've checked in all the folders in case I accidently moved it...nothing, it's not there)

Blackberry Storm (Storm 1 - there's no model number on it, can't find it in the menu either, but we got it when they first came out)

Also open home page by pushing BB Menu and click on Show all. Sometimes they just get moved to hide.
