Please help.....calls which go into voice mail do not appear in my "recent" log when I look for them. Do I have to change a setting??? Thanks
Hello margecasey- Your phone needs to be on for an incoming call to show on your list. If your phone is not on and a call goes to voicemail, it will not be on your call list.
margecasey, If you are using Visual Voice Mail http://bit.ly/Q0TDqB you will be able to get a time/date stamp of the voice mail message that was left for you.That brings me to this question: Are you using standard voice mail or visual voice mail?
