I received the jellybean update 4.2.1 for my galaxy s3. it is not doing what its supposed to do. Am i missing something??o

yeah, what do you mean it isnt doing what it is supposed to do.
It is 4.1.2 and if you're referring to the Premium Suite, it hasn't hit the US yet. None of the carriers have it. IE: picture in picture, etc. The one you received is minor improvements, the camera, if you hold the button down it will automatically burst, the keyboard is more efficient. Those are, imo, the major updates. I am sure there's other improvements.
