When I see texts that are like 0000043895 what are these?
Those are short codes to different companies. You will receive them when you 'subscribe' to their messages.
Some you simply text their code you see some where and you are subscribed. Others you may sign up for and not even know it. Usually through an ad you clicked on or maybe a 'free' download.
