I get blocked calls. Can I set up my Droid to force people to have to remove the block before they call me?

If you use You Mail (a free voicemail alternative) there is a feature called "Ditch Mail" that responds to a blocked number with a request to unblock the number and call again. It then hangs up with no opportunity to leave a voicemail for you. And there may be apps in the Android market that will do something similar, though I am not familiar with anything specific.
