Since upgrading to Jelly Bean emails flash a black background when scrolling. Makes reading emails difficult. Anyone else experiencing similar problem? Is there solution?

I have reviewed some information on our end and was unable to locate this type of issue. Have you had this issue since completing the update? Is this screen viewable on any other items? We recommend completing a hard reset on the device once your desired information is backed up. It is always recommend after a software update to complete a full reset.
