Conference calling codes not picked up

I am using a 800 # conference calling service which worked fine on my Droid Thunderbolt. Just upgraded to Samsung Gal III. Now I get in to the service using the 800 number, but the conf calling service does not pick up the conference ID 10 digits and #, just says I dialled an incorrect conference ID number. It jumps to this message even before I complete the code sometimes.

Any setting to enable secondary numbers after connecting to a call?

May I ask what software version do you have on the Galaxy S III? Also, when you press the number key to enter the conference ID, do you hear the DTMF tone? If not then please advise so we can partner together and implement a solution for you.
