Deleting stored text and phone call records on my Verizon website

Is there anyway to delete the record (archived) message information that is stored on my verizon website? They keep a record of all your text messages and phone calls. There are, in some cases, thousands of them. I'd like to delete them all and start from scratch.

No, you cannot. Information stored on the site cannot be changed or deleted. Sorry.

you can always request from VZW to remove your online capability, and block registration... this will keep your wife from getting ahold of that stuff

I actually have the opposite problem - I NEED to get to my old text messages. Sounds like there is a place where these are archived? Is that correct? How do I access them?

You will not be able to retrieve the content of a text message without a court order/warrant etc. You can however view the detail in respect to the date/time and number sent/received from. It's available online in your MyVerizon.

Your current bill cycle is available under MyUsage and historical text detail is under Bill Details on the MyBill tab.
