my voicemail does not work. Callers get message "user out of subscription area". I tried gaining access from my own phone and keep getting busy signal. Has been like this for about a week. I have a Blackberry Bold 9650, Any suggestions?
My suggestion is to try the "usual" quick fixes - battery pull (or quick pull app), dial *228 to reset the network connection... resend service books ... if none of those work, post back and we can investigate further?

My voicemail is not working since I got this phone. Thinking about changing providers if not fixed. Miss too many important phone calls with messages
