Razr randomly powered off and won't charge or turn on

I have a White Droid Razr by Motorola 16 GB. This is the second time that my phone randomly died and it was fully charged. Now it won't even charge when i plug it in a charger. Is there something I can do to fix this? How do i hard reset it? Last time I had to take it to a Verizon Store for them to throw on a bit charger. Am I going to have to do this again?

Could your charger be going bad?  Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
