How do I change my network settings?

My boyfriend changed my settings limiting me to data usage can someone explain how to fix this.

If you mean he turned off your wi-fi, then go to menu > system settings, then press the 'on' button next to wi-fi.

If you mean he set a data threshold, then to go menu > system settings > data usage, ensure mobile data is turned on, then slide the bars on the graph to wherever you want your thresholds set.
