Every time I go to settings>apps Phone REBOOTS!!!!!!!!

Every time i go to settings>apps my phone reboots. Has anyone else had this problem????

Hello ogdlow,  Let's make sure you can customize your device!  I would suggest trying to clear the data of the Settings.  Press Menu>Settings>Apps>All>Settings>Clear data.  Please keep me updated on the status.
