My daughter says my voice is really loud when I call her. Is there any way I can adjust this. She says I am the only one who is this loud on her phone.
Have you tried turning down your in-call volume?
Dear LHarrington, Good morning. I know the importance of ensuring your phone is working properly when calling friends and family. It would be my pleasure to address the volume concerns you have on your phone. On the Samsung Galaxy SIII there are a couple things that may be causing the volume to be loud. Have you first tried to lower the volume on your phone when you make the outgoing call? Another thing you may want to check is the phone settings itself. When you have your dial pad up tap on the menu key>call settings>ensure use extra volume for calls is not checked off. Have you asked other callers besides your daughter to see if you are the only caller that's loud when you call them?You may also try disabling the noise reduction setting on the phone. To do this simply tap on the phone icon>menu>call settings>additional settings>uncheck noise reduction. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us regarding your equipment concerns.
