Is there a problem with my Nokia Lumia 928?

I just got it in and it won't power on. I can't even tell if its charging because there is no charging light when I plug it in. When I hold power button it goes to a teal screen with a verizon and windows logo, then goes black, then goes to a nokia logo, then goes black and nothing happens.

Sounds like a problem. Did you get your SIM card in correctly? Perhaps they rigged it so it won't boot without the SIM. Otherwise, I'd call verizon support.
