Backup Assistant, Droid X, and PIN recognition problems

I just reactivated my Droid X. Backup Assistant says the PIN I'm entering is incorrect. However, I looked it up and verified through my online account. It IS correct. Any ideas why it won't recognize it? Any advice for what to do to correct the problem? Thanks for your help.
