Hello - my phone totally ran out of battery last night and would not turn on this morning. I plugged it into the charger and it charged as normally should. But now I cannot unlock it using my normal pattern. I only get the message "sorry, try again" and never get prompted for my gmail info (as I read in another thread). Is my only choice to do the factory reset?
