Just got the GS4 a week ago... My mms worked great the first 2 days and then suddenly it rarely works now... I turn off and turn back on mobile data and that still doesn't fix the problem like Verizon said it would... Any suggestions??

MMS includes picture, video, and group messaging.Are you able to send regular picture messages ok? Is WiFi turned on?Do me a favor and make sure that WiFi is turned off,http://vz.to/10MFZ1r. This is pretty damn ridiculous.
Phone isn't barely a week old and I'm not the only one with the issue! Mobile data turned on and wifi turned on or off.
I am having the exact same problem. First of all, why do I have to waste my data minutes to send or receive a picture?Second, I have turned on my data, turned off my WiFi and this STILL hasn't rectified this problem. Please VERIZON support, get us some type of fix. I am already upset that I can't use my GS4 in my 2010 Camaro, USB port.
I really wanted an update from the tired old iPhone. I am mostly please with the Android aspect but then I am disappointed by the problems that are being incurred for such simple features.
Any suggestions are greatly welcomed. I will try anything at this point.
