BB Z10 Powers off automatically/screen freezes

I see I am not the only customer whose BB Z10 powers off automatically or has their BB screeen go black or freeze. This is the second phone since I purchased on May 2. Can anyone give me a suggestion as to what to do. I really like this phone, but don't like phone powering off in the middle of an email. Help.

Nothing will be resolved until OS 10.1 pushed out. There are small possibilities that you might install android app on it? or another app from BB world before this happen?

Troubledbbuser, let's unfreeze your device and stop it from powering off by itself. Have you downloaded a few applications to your device? Some application's software can affect the performance of your device. I recommend that you delete any unwanted applications on your device and power it off/on.
