My phone is "frozen" and I can't even shut it off to reboot. What do I do?
Have you tried holding power button, volume up, and volume down all three at the same time for 10 or 15 seconds?
If it's a phone that can remove the battery, take it out. If it's a phone that you can't remove the battery from Horses 547 has the right idea
