My S3 is still on 4.0.4 tried about through the normal method. Nothing. Tried hard reset 4 times. Nothing. Tried going to the Verizon Store. They said the issue was with Samsung but a Verizon rep would look at the issue and follow up. That never happened. When I was at the Verizon store, I asked for a new SIM and they looked at me like I was crazy,
What can I do to get my phone updated? My experience with the S3 has been less then stellar and I drive a lot for work, so I was really looking forward to the Google Voice option instead of S-Voice.
