This could be the Update that Fixes the Crashes that Voice Commands was experiencing after Google Play Music Was Updated). I will Update my Jelly Bean Maxx with Both Apps and Report if the Fix works..

I done the Update And so far it is a Good working update there was a Slight Delay at first to get Voice Command to Initialized but once it Did it took off and it's back to were it was before the Issue). So for all Motorola Owners that's on the forum i would Go for both Update's and see how Voice Command's performs on your Device but as for My Razr Maxx it's Working Perfectly and the Sound in my headset is better that it has been in a Long time..
