I have a Droid Razr Maxx. I cannot connect to Verizon's server to initiate the Mobile Hot Spot. The "4G" at the top right of the phone is white rather than blue. I also cannot access Google play or other google services. I just received the phone as a replacement about a week ago. Until now it was working fine.
