Galaxy S3 microphone issue

I have had my S3 for about 2 months. My husband and son got theirs at the same time and have had NO problems but every time someone calls me they complain they CAN"T hear me. I turn on the extra volume button and sometimes it helps but not always. Anyone else having this issue?

Oh my! It's important for people to be able to hear you properly when on a call. Let's get this fixed. Does this happen with every call or particular contacts? In a particular location ex home or work?  Have you tried powering the device off/on? Any liquid or physical damage to the device? Keep me posted.
