This evening, my phone just started to turn completely off for no reason. Happened maybe 4 or 5 times.... The only way I could get it back on, was to do a battery pull (ZeroLemon extended). Did it a few more times over the next couple of hours. I happened to check for an update, it downloaded, and now I can only get to the Samsung Logo screen. Doesn't charge or anything and I've tried my stock battery too. Grrrrrr. If I have to get another from Verizon, it would be my 3rd.
Is this common?
