sending texts

I am having trouble sending texts to one number. Whenever I try to send, the phone just keeps giving me the mail box and says sending - it never actually goes through. Any suggestions? Oh, and by the way, this only happens at night.

If it is just 1 number. I would say call customer care for tech so they can trace the number on our side. ( could be the other person thats having the issue)

I am having trouble sending messages to two numbers. One is my son, the other is my nephew in totally different cities. I get the message "Failure general problems." I know my number is not blocked. My son, in Boston, said he did not receive a text his wife sent and I was not able to receive one he sent. I have tried several times the past few days to send a text but it would not go through. My nephew is in New York City.

I know the importance of being able to send text messages successfully. How long have you had this issue? What device do you have? If you haven't already, please power cycle your device and retest. If using a 3rd party application please remove and retest with the preinstalled messaging application.

Do the these two numbers also have difficulties receiving messages from other numbers or is it just yours? Are they Verizon Wireless numbers or from other carriers? Please provide me with additional details so I can better assist.
