My Samsung Galaxy 3 will not let text msg's go through. There is no difference whom I send them to.
My texts will not send either. I tried turning my phone on and off, taking the SIM card out and changing the network from global to LECD. Did you fix yours?
Yes, It seems Verizon was concerned I was over my minutes so they put a block on my outgoing messages. Spoke with them and they unblocked it.
