I recently received and successfully installed the latest Blackberry Storm 5.0 software. There were a number of unwanted changes, but the most problematic is voice dialing. More than half of the time, my voice command is not recognized.
So, I went to Options > Voice Dialing and clieked on Adapt Voice.
The screen clears and says Initializing: please wait. . .
Then it returns to the Voice Dialing page having done nothing.
Well, while I was writing this post, I figured it out. I was trying to do Adapt Voice through my Bluetooth device. Aparently that doesn't work. I disconnected the Bluetooth, and Adapt Voice worked!
Now it doesn't recognize my voice commands any better, but at least I can feel like I did something.
