syncing Blogger

trying to Sync my Google Blogger via the S4 Gmail account.. everytime I check 'Sync Blogger' it gets Unchecked automatically and states Sync Disabled..

any reason why it won't let me Sync Blogger.. if so is there a fix.. it was doing it before I did the latest S4 update this morning.. continues to do it

Probably a functionality removed by VZW. Wouldn't surprise many because blocking mode and a slew of other features are not present on the VZW Galaxy S4 that is on every other carriers versions.
