I know this is probably a very silly question, but how do I turn OFF my voice mail? As in, not allow a caller to leave a voice mail? Thanks for any insight or help.
I think you can disable the feature through My Verizon.
I believe you would have to call Verizon to have that done. Tech support should be able to help.
I'm like you in that I too would like to turn off my voice mail - completely. I'd like my phone to just ring and ring. It's amazing that Verizon can turn it on without your permission, but even more so that I can't turn it off.
