Hi everyone. I am currently getting ready to upgrade to a new phone and I am trying to find out how good the 4G signal strength is for customers in Wisconsin on the Galaxy S4. I am especially interested in the Green Bay/DePere area. I have had nothing but issues with signal strength on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus so I am wondering if the problem will continue on the S4.
