Ok, can anyone help me. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. I will be talking on the phone to someone and I hear my caller ID beeping. I look to see who it is and nothing shows up on the screen or gives me any way at all to switch over to answer the call. I've called Verizon about this issue and they just tell me to go into the phone settings and clear cache. It doesn't do this every single time, but about half the time. The number of the person calling doesn't even show up on my recent call log. The only way I know who was calling is if they leave a voicemail. Has anyone else had this problem? Oh and before the galaxy I had an iPhone 4 and it would do the same thing.
