Why does the Samsung music app keep popping back up?

has anyone else had the music app continually keep reappearing even after continuously closing it down. after closing it will appear a few minutes later in notification bar how do I disable this for good... It started after the last system update..

Let's get to the bottom of this steve700xedge! Which music application are you referring to? Are you able to select "quit" or "end" in the settings (menu) option? If so, and this step is still unsuccessful try clearing the application cache here http://vz.to/17CCMVA power cycle and test. Keep me posted. Thank you.

Are you using the app? If not, clear the data and cache, force stop the app, and then disable it.

I have the same problem since the latest update... I've closed it, I've cleared the cache and nothing works - it just keeps appearing. I'm thinking of deleting the Samsung Hub to see if this works!!!

I apologize you are having the same issue. Did you delete Samsung Hub as stated to see if it helps resolve this issue? Are you getting any error messages? I have the same problem with the Samsung Music app auto-loading constantly. I have cleared the cache and data and that worked for about an hour, then it came back. It's maddening!

I appreciate you taking the time to follow up, Zybercom. Are you able to disable the applications by heading into Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > All > Samsung Music

Once you have reached Samsung Music do you notice a button labeled disable? You may need to force the stop the app first and uninstall updates, if possible.
