Why did my ringtone list disappear after the update?

Hi,

I recently recieved the 4.3 update on my GS3. After the update, I no longer get the list of standard ring tones to select from when I go into sound settings. Instead, I get a folder list, and it is only displaying the file path for my sdcard storage. Very strange. Any one else have this happen, and how do I fix?

Being alerted by your tones is definitely important. I'm sorry to learn that your tones are missing. Let's figure this out. Do you happen to have any 3rd party ringtone applications installed? If so I would uninstall them: http://vz.to/11SdbXU then reboot & see if the standard ringtones reappear. Keep me posted!
