Update causes issue with bluetooth

I just upgraded my S4 with the "update_SCH-I545_MI1_to_MJ7" patch and now bluetooth audio will not work properly. I have several bluetooth headphones and speakers and the issue affects all of them. I can connect and play one song if I start the song from the S4 and not through bluetooth controls. However after one song it stops working. I have to disconnect and reconnect to play a second song and then it breaks after that.

Obviously there is some bugs in this latest upgrade. Is this a known issue and if so when is a fix anticipated?

You can't uninstall it, but you can disable or turn off the application to prevent it from running in the background.

schreib1620, let's get rid of these bugs. Have you downloaded 3rd party applications to your device? Some application software can affect the performance of your device soon after a software update. I recommend that you uninstall any unwanted applcation, power your device off/on to soft reset it, and test the bluetooth feature again. Keep us posted.

The main issue is with Amazon MP3 which is preloaded on the S4 and cannot be uninstalled. I uninstalled the updates and restarted but I am still having the issue.
