Hi. I understand that you want to sync your MS Outlook without using the Google Calendar. I am glad you stated that you did not want to use Google Calendar because that would have been my first suggestion
Since you do not want to use Google Calendar, you can type in "sync outlook" to see if any of those applications work for you.
Are you having issues with the Google Calendar?
