Importing calendar to Incredible from Palm Treo

I have the Palm Desktop 6.2.2 version and I want to export my calendar to Google so that I can sync it with my Incredible, as I have switched from the Palm Treo to the Incredible. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? I am not too tech savvy so all help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

Here are the steps for importing your calendar to Google. After you have done so, you will need to sync your Droid with your Google account.

 

 Note Google may not recognize recurring events when they are imported. In this case, Google may create an individual event for each occurrence of the recurring event.

 

 

1. Log into your Google account. 
2. Go to Calendar.
3. (Optional) If you want to keep the events you import separate from your existing Google calendar events, create a new calendar:
   1. Under My calendars, click Create.
   2. Enter a name for the calendar and any other info you want to assign to this calendar.
   3. Click Create Calendar.
4. Select Other Calendars > Add > Import Calendar.
5. Locate the CSV or iCal file you exported earlier (see Exporting calendar events and contacts from other applications ).
   
   If you have multiple Google calendars, select which calendar receives the data.
6. Click Import.

7. Go to Google Calendar and confirm that the events transferred successfully.
