None of the swipe functions or buttons work. I can answer phone calls but can not make any. The only way to turn it off is to remove the battery. I took it to a local Verizon store ans even their tech help could fix it. (removed the battery for 30 seconds, checked the SIM card, pushed the on/off button and +/- buttons for periods of time, etc). Thought it may be a damaged phone that may need replacing. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get it fixed?
