help. i cannot power off the device or do a hard reset. i can't recieve calls or anything. it is stuck on an internet page.
cdieu,Let's get you unfrozen. Press and hold the power button and the volume down key and keep holding until the logo starts to appear. The phone maybe dead as well. I think you mean power key and volume up key. Using volume down with power does a screen capture and if you continue to hold the buttons, you get thrown into something you may not want to mess with.
