No. Two different technologies used by them for the network
Unfortunately, no. Verizon uses a GSM system which utilizes one tower at a time for calls. AT&T uses the CDMA system which uses multiple towers for calls. The other difference is that the GSM system uses SIM cards.
You've got that backwards. Verizon is CDMA, AT&T is GSM.
